We are thrilled to welcome Megan Lazaruk to Energy Health Clinic! Megan is starting with us January 16 and will be working Tuesday and Friday mornings and offering 60 minute massages only. Megan’s online booking is now available, but she has chosen not to sign up with MSP so if you have coverage through MSP, you will not be able to use it with her. Please note none of the RMTs are taking ICBC patients. Sorry for the inconvenience. Acupuncture is still taking ICBC patients and we direct bill for that. If you want chiropractic and have ICBC, you will be paying out of pocket and submitting receipts to ICBC.

Janet is still away for the winter, we hope to welcome her back sometime in March. Stay tuned for updates on her return date.

Often our billing and insurance is managed off site. As a courtesy we offer direct billing to most extended health companies. In doing so we require patients to have credit card (we encrypt the number!) information on file for payment. If you are not comfortable having your credit card on file, we will not be direct billing your insurance.

We are now offering our full clinic services: chiropractic, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, athletic therapy, kinesiology and exercise therapy. All services have intake forms that are mandatory for completion in full to receive care. Leaving sections blank does not help us to help you. If you have never been to our clinic, we need history information as we do not know you. Please ensure you complete your intake forms upon booking your appointment as you will not be able to complete them upon arrival.

Rest assured we are following protocols, with an increased focus on cleaning, including cleaning after every patient, using medical grade cleansers, and the extensive use of disinfectants which all staff use between patients. This in addition to our usual practices of excellent hand hygiene – hand washing and hand sanitizer.
